Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) and the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) invites applications for the Junior Research Fellowship, TMC 2017. Research topics will include basic and translational research in cancer biology. Specific research topics will be the study of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, metastasis, tumor immunology, molecular imaging, carcinogenesis, stem cell biology, biophysics, structural biology, proteomics, genomics, genetics, epigenetics, and pharmacology. The Stipend amount will be Rs 25000 per month plus 30% HRA/hostel allowance/accommodation. A written test will be held on 28th May 2017 and the candidates who will clear written test will have to attend the interview on 30th May to 2nd June 2017.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - MSc (Applied Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Botany, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Zoology, or related Biological Sciences), MTech, (Bioinformatics, BioTechnolgy), MVSc or MPharm from a recognized University,
- Marks must be more than 60%.
- Final year students' whose results has not been announced yet.
How can you apply? The application can be done online only with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the website.
Step 2: Now start filling the form.
Step 3: Make a Demand Draft of Rs 500 drawn in favor of TMC-ACTREC payable at Navi Mumbai or transfer the money by online method. No application fees for SC/ST/physically Handicapped/Female.
Step 4: Candidate have to write their names and application number behind the DD.
