STEP 1: submit online application & supporting documents
Complete the online application and attach the required supporting documentation to your application.
STEP 2: notification from admissions
An email notification from your Admissions Officer will be sent to you within 1 week of submitting your application.
STEP 3: record your video interviews
Follow the link on your dashboard and in the email notification from Kira Talent to complete the video interviews.
STEP 4: interview decision
You will be informed whether you have been selected to interview by the interview decision deadline.
STEP 5: interview stage
Interviews are conducted by INSEAD Alumni interviewers, normally in your country of residence. In the majority of cases, two separate interviews are required.
STEP 6: admissions committee evaluation
Once the Admissions Office receives feedback from the alumni interviewers, your application will be re-evaluated and then presented to the Admissions Committee. The Admissions Committee, comprised of faculty and alumni, decides whether to accept or reject each candidate.
STEP 7: final decision
You will be advised by email of the final decision on your application. The entire admissions process (from the Application Deadline) will take up to 10 weeks.

Essay topic and information:-
1.The essays submitted for INSEAD Diversity Scholarships will be reviewed.
2.Only if you would like to be considered for the IAF Special Profile scholarships, please answer the following question in no more than 400 words. Briefly describe an instance or aspect in your life to date that has made you stand out amongst your peers or that you consider exceptional in one way or another.
3.In approximately 350 words provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year e.g. details of income (such as your income, investment income, savings, property rentals,etc) set against details of expenditure (such as local outgoings, INSEAD fees, rent living expenses). How do you expect to finance your studies if you do not obtain a scholarship or financial aid from INSEAD? Why INSEAD should consider you for the Diversity scholarship? What amount do you consider appropriate?
Q-HOW MANY YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO BE ADMITTED?
A-INSEAD does not have an absolute requirement for years of work experience, although at least two years is strongly encouraged. Participants in our current class have an average of 5.5 years work experience, with the range being between two and ten. However, applicants with less experience who demonstrate exceptional maturity and outstanding leadership through their professional and personal experiences will also be considered.
Q-HOW STRICT ARE THE APPLICATION DEADLINES?
A-To be included in a specific round, applications must be complete and submitted by midnight French Time on the day of deadline. A complete application includes the online form, GMAT or GRE score, all supporting documents, two letters of reference and payment of the application fees.
