About The Program

IIPS Master of Philosophy in Population Studies Fellowship 2017-18  invites applications for admission to the full-time M.Phil programme in the Institute with Government of India fellowship. A total of 50 Fellows of age less than 30 years as on 30th June 2017 having at least 55% will be getting Rs 6000 per month for one year only and a contingency grant of Rs 5000 per annum. The upper age limit and marks are relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories and women as per GOI rules.

  • Postgraduate degree holder in Population Studies/Demography/Biostatistics and Epidemiology/Health Statistics.
  • At least 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates awaiting results can also apply. The upper age limit is 30 years as on 30th June 2017.
How can you apply?

The application can be done online only. Following steps are to be followed while filling the form:

Step 1: Go to the website.

Step 2: Click on "create new user".

Step 3: Enter your email id, mobile, secret question, answer, password, enter the captcha and click submit.

Step 4: An application number will be generated.

Step 5: Now login again and fill the form.
