The application can be done by post with following steps:
Step 1: Download the form.
Step 2: Take a print out of that form.
Step 3: Affix a photograph of 5 cm/4 cm, with white background only.
Step 4: Give the details of the exam taken by you.
Step 5: Tick your area of specialization.
Step 6: Give your personal details like Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, your address and work experience.
Step 7: Applicants have to write an annexure for these three:
- Statement of Purpose
- Previous research experience
- Proposed Research activity
Step 8: Do the declaration of the form.
Step 9: Attach marks sheet of 10, 12, graduation, post graduation, a copy of score card of CAT/GATE/GMAT/GRE/JRF.
Step 10: Attach a Demand Draft of Rs 1000 (for general/OBC) and Rs 500 (for Sc/ST), Demand Draft should be in favor of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow payable at Lucknow.
Note: All the details written should be in capital letters only.
Step 11: Send the application form along with Demand Draft and all the certificates to the following address:
