Celebrating Scholars is a talent-based scholarship program. The program aims to promote the importance of Inherent Abilities & Interests of the students in selecting a career and to successfully pursue their dreams. Celebrating Scholars is a part of IEF’s Inclusive Education Program.

WHAT IS THE SCHOLARSHIPSELECTION PROCESS
The selection process for getting a scholarship is divided into two stages.
Stage I
The students will attend a Profile Assessment held at their school.
This assessment generates a Student Profile Report, highlighting the areas of strength, based on the individual student’s inborn Abilities & Interests.
Stage II
Based on their profile and interest, the students will be asked to appear for a personal interview with the Jury.
Based on the profile report and the interview, the Jury will decide on individual scholarships
IEF Celebrating Scholars
DeadlineClosed Eligibility All students of class XII can appear for the Profile Assessment, irrespective of their future career plans (including those interested in STEM studies).
The students benefit by getting a scientifically measured Profile Report showing the true picture of their inherent capabilities and interests.
Eligibility criteria for the Scholarships
- All Indian Students studying in class XII for the session of 2014-15 can take the Profile Assessment for Scholarships.
- The Program aims to promote non-STEM fields of study. Thus the scholarships are available only for students pursuing higher studies in the targeted non-STEM fields.
In the first year, the Scholarships are available for the following non-STEM Fields
- Fashion
- Hospitality
- Liberal arts
- Media
- Para medical

ABOUT THE PROFILE ASSESSMENT
- The Profile Assessment is a set of standardized proprietary psychometric tools, that measure the inherent abilities & interests of the student.
- The Student’s Profile Assessment will be done under three heads -Aptitude Profile, Personality Profile and Interest Profile.
- The Profile Assessment generates a Student Profile Report, highlighting the areas of strength based on individual’s in-born talent.
How can you apply? HOW CAN THE SCHOOL ENROL FOR THE PROGRAM
Schools play a pivotal role in this movement. Students can participate only if their schools join the program.
- Through Email at info@irfglobal.org with the details of school.
- Send them a Duly filled “Expression of Interest Form” to Institutional Excellence Forum D-90, Sector-30, Noida 201301, +91-9958050094
Note:
- Participation into the program is limited & School registrations will be done on a first-cum- first serve basis.
- Profile assessment of the students will be conducted at the school premises, so that all the wards can participate with no hindrance to their routine.
