HEWS takes care of admission under scholarship scheme in its member colleges and it also reduces physical, mental and financial burden on students and their parents due to high fee structure of the colleges and multiplicity of entrance exams.
- Students will get scholarship in college fee only. Hostel fee for fooding and lodging and some other miscellaneous charges will be paid by the candidates.
- Students will pay only 25% of college fee and rest 75% fee will be managed by this scheme.
- HEWS has selected more than 200 colleges on the basis of infra-structure, approval, campus, safety & security, industrial exposure & placements.
- Students can choose any of the college and its course on their own choice from the list of HEWS.
- Different colleges have different course fee so HEWS has fixed the course fee (which is approx. 25% of the college fee) as below for the convenience of the students. No hidden charges.
- At the time of counselling, HEWS representatives will give the students detail information of the colleges, fees and scholarships and admission process.
- Students, who are interested to take admission in their choice course and college, can fill up the allotment form and get allotment letter at the same day. By this way one seat will be reserved under this scholarship scheme. After allotment, students must report to the college physically on the given date and time with the Allotment Letter of HEWS and required original documents for final admission procedure at the college.

Scholarship in College Fee:
Scholarship amount will be given and adjusted in college fee on admission under this scheme. Students will get the benefit of 1 to 4 lakhs rupees in college fees in different courses. It will be deducted in fees and students will pay only rest amount as discount fee.

Note:
1. Students can choose any of the above courses and take admission in 2017 at HEWS office under scholarship program.
2. Hostel fee (for fooding & lodging) will be paid by the students as per the college norms. Hostel fee varies from college to college; it may cost you Rs. 2500 to 3500/- for fooding and lodging both.
