The new Harbin Engineering University Scholarship invites applications from international students to study in China. The scholarship is available to pursue training and scientific research.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility How can you apply? Step 1- Attach a passport photocopy
Step 2- Attach highest diploma documents (notarized photocopy)
Step 3- Attach transcripts of former degree education
Nnote- Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.
Step 4- Get two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors
Step 5- Prepare a study or research plan in Chinese or in English with signature (no less than 800 words).
Step 6- Attach a photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form
Step 7- Fill the “HEU Application Form for International Students” and “Application Form for HEU Scholarship” [Check download forms section]
