Admission started for the foreign language courses in Hansraj College. Admissions to all language courses are held in the month of July, almost as soon as the regular college admissions are over. Admission notifications are displayed prominently on the college Notice Board, and at this website as well. Please note that these are all part-time courses, and the classes are usually held late in the afternoon.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Certificate Courses: Candidates who have passed the senior secondary school certificates examination (10+2)
- Diploma Courses: Candidates who have passed the certificate course conducted by the University of Delhi or any other recognized University.
- Advance Diploma Courses: Those who passed the Diploma courses conducted by the University of Delhi or any other recognized University.
Note: Those who passed the certificate courses from Institutions other than Delhi University are required to clear the entrance test to be held in College.
How can you apply? Application form is available at College window number 4.
You have to fill that form and submit the same to that window only.

Terms and Conditions
Document required at the time of admission are:
- Mark sheet of the Last Examination passed.
- A Character Certificate (Recent) from the institution last attended.
- Two passport size photographs.
- Provisional certificate from the institutions last attended.
Fee Structure:
- General category students: 12,100
- Students of Delhi University Colleges other than HRC: 11,100
- Hans Raj College Students: 8,100
Note:
- The above fee is exclusive of examination fee
- There will be no refund of fee after 15th August 2016
- The college authority reserves the right to restructure the fees and refuse the admission.
- The college reserves the right to withdraw a course if 15 students have not opted for it.
- The classes will start tentatively from 16th August.
