Documents for the application

• 2 passport size photographs.
• 1 photocopy of Address Proof
• 1 photocopy of Photo id
• 1 Self Attested photocopy of Academic Record(Certificates and marks sheet of Class X, XII, Graduation and Post Graduation)
• 1 Self Attested photocopy of Training Certificates
• 1 Self Attested photocopy of Work Experience Documents (Offer Letter, Salary Slip, Bank Account Statement, Experience Certificates, and Relieving Letter, as applicable)
• 1 Self Attested photocopy of Business Experience Documents (Incorporation Certificate, Bank Account Statement, Tax Documents etc. as applicable)
• 1 Self Attested photocopy of Family Income Proof

Application submission closes on 30th November, 2014.

1. By applying for the Fair & Lovely Foundation Scholarship, the candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Fair & Lovely Foundation.
2. Decision of the panelists/judges will be final and binding.
3. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
4. Submitted documents are deemed to be bona fide. If proved otherwise, candidate will be disqualified.
5. There are various aspects of selection criteria, as suggested. The final selection of the candidate is at the sole and absolute discretion of the company.
6. It is understood that through this website, interested candidates can apply for the Fair & Lovely Foundation Scholarship program. Such applications should be as per the format given, and with the express understanding that such applications shall be assessed by Hindustan Unilever Limited and its partners basis pre-set parameters for grant of loan or scholarships. The candidates understand that HUL and its partners shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
7. Participating in this program would also mean that the interested candidates expressly agree to be contacted by HUL in the future, with respect to this program, or with respect to any other brand, promotion, activity, SURVEY, or such other consumer contact program for HUL or its brands and products.
8. The information sought from the interested candidates shall be held in confidence by HUL and its partners, and shall be subject to the Privacy Policy of Unilever.
9. Fair & Lovely Foundation reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
10. Vocational institute would be pre-selected by Fair & Lovely Foundation.
