What is DRDO Robotic Competition (DRUSE) 2018?

DRDO Robotics and Unmanned Systems Exposition (DRUSE) invites applications for DRDO Robotic Competition (DRUSE) 2018 from engineering students pursuing UG/PG courses. The objective of this competition is to identify and develop novel ideas in different parts of our country.

Who can apply for this scholarship ?

  • Candidate must have Indian nationality.
  • Engineering students presently pursuing UG or PG.
  • Candidates can participate only as a team with minimum 3 to maximum 5 including Team Leader

FAQs

Who can participate in the competition?
Any Indian Engineering students pursuing UG or PG courses in either NIT / IIT / IISc or equivalent or from an institute recognized by AICTE/NAAC and led by a senior faculty from the same college/ institute/ university.

What can be exhibited?
The following can be exhibited:

  • Innovative ideas/ Concept through graphics
  • Concept/ technologies depicted through 2D/ 3D models, simulations/ animations/ software application
  • Concept paper presentations/ Posters
  • Mock Up/ Prototype/ Working Model

Can a team withdraw the entry at any time?
Yes, any team can withdraw at any time during the entire event. But the registration fee will not be refunded in this case.

Zonal Level Awards-
  • First Prize INR 30,000 
  • Second Prize INR 25,000 
  • Third Prize INR 20,000 
  • Fourth Prize INR 15,000 
  • Fifth Prize INR 10,000 
  • Each participating team INR 10,000 
National Level Awards-
  • First Prize INR 1.5 Lac
  • Second Prize INR 1 Lac
  • Third Prize INR 0.5 Lac
  • Each participating team INR 20,000
