The applications are invited by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India for Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Short Film Competition- TV Spots 2017 in association with Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. The main aim of this competition is to create awareness to promote various schemes of the DEPwD.
Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Short Film Competition- TV Spots 2017
DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Open to all.
- Can be made in any of the listed official languages of India, must be subtitled in English.
- The Documentaries should not be more than 50 minutes of duration shot with any electronic devices in HD format only.
- The Short Documentaries produced in the last one year that is 9th August 2016 are eligible to participate.
- The TV Spots should be uploaded to YouTube as an “Unlisted” Video and its URL must be shared on MyGov.
How can you apply? The application can be done online only by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the website and read all the details before applying.
Step 2: Take a print out of Authorization letter and Application form, fill them.
Step 3: Click here to submit the Short Film.
Step 4: Attach the letter and the application form, etc.
Step 5: Click on submit to final submit the task.

The award function will be held tentatively on 21st September 2017 at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.
