Custom Writing invites applicants for an Essay Contest 2017, in which interested applicants can write an essay on any one topic given below:
- Why do you think it is important for students to improve their essay writing skills?
- How can having less homework helps improve learning?
- Are the requirements of academic writing too strict? Should writing be simpler for students?
The essay must be written in US English in between 450-650 words. The essay must be an original one, saved in .doc or .docx format only. The essay should be in proper format:
- Title page
- Header and page number
- Reference pages
Participants must share own essay on their Facebook, Google+, and Twitter accounts and attach screenshots for the proof while submitting.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility Students of any age group having critical thinking and writing skills are eligible to apply.
How can you apply? The application can be done by email with the following steps:
- At first, write an essay on the topics given above.
- Use the APA formatting style
- save your file as "Essay writing contest_Last Name" in .doc or .docx format.
- BiblogBibliographyeer viewed sources.
Send your email to contest@custom-writing.org before the deadline i.e 10 December 2016.
Terms and Conditions
The scholarship amount of $1800 will be going to disburse among three winners.
1st place: $800
2nd place: $600
3rd place: $400
Winners will be announced on January 20, 2017
Grading Criteria
- Each participant can earn 100 points in total.
- All works will be checked by the team of professional writers and editors at Custom-Writing.org.

- Correct APA style: 20 points
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation: 20 points
- Focused content: 20 points
- Clear expression of thought and style: 20 points
