CESF - SELECTION PROCESS

• All State Associations / Chapters should create a Screening cum Evaluation Committee of three eminent persons.
• The Screening cum Evaluation Committee scrutinizes all the applications based on the parameters on the next page.
• The Short-listed candidates should be confirmed and affirmed by the Screening cum Evaluation Committee and the short-listed candidates list should be submitted to the CREDAI National.
• The Short-listed candidates successful in the selection process are informed that they will need to sign an undertaking for acceptance of this grant as a repayable loan.

PARAMETERS FOR SELECTION OF STUDENTS FOR AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS UNDER CESF

• Gross Joint income of the family of the candidate from all sources should not exceed Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) per annum. Income certificate should be issued by Competent Revenue Authorities only. Any Affidavit for Income Proof will not be accepted.
• The student should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the Higher Secondary Examinations or the equivalent examination (recognized by the State Board/Central Board).
• The marks obtained in the qualifying examination making the students eligible to seek admission in the respective first year/any other year of these courses will be considered for selection. Criterion for selection will be merit and family's income.
• Students desirous of pursuing full time/regular courses related to Real Estate (not correspondence or distance mode) & studying in Colleges / Institutions / Universities recognized by AICTE /State Govt. / Central Govt. shall be eligible to apply.
• The student should have bonafide admission in College/ Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/Central Government/State Government. Students having confirmed admission in the first year of full time Engineering degree courses (minimum 4 years) and full Time Architectural Course will be eligible to apply.
• Maximum Scholarship Loan from CREDAI is Rs.50,000/- each p.a. for Civil-Electrical Engineering Degree Courses and other Real Estate related Engineering Courses; and Rs.25,000/- for Architecture Courses.
