Asia Leadership Fellow Program 2017 invites all working professionals such as academia, journalism, business, national and local politics, education, administration, etc, to apply. Fellowship is for 2 months approximately and the fellow will have to meet with individuals from different gatherings in Japan to impart their ability and to interface to different gatherings by giving addresses at colleges and NGOs.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Citizens aged between 35 to 59.
- Must have a good background in their professions and have access to a wide audience in through publications, teaching, media, performance, etc.
- Outstanding leadership quality.
- Must have thinking ability and being willing to develop new social norms and value-orientations.
- Willing to work, share concerns, and embrace differences with other fellows, who have diverse specialties and cultural backgrounds.
- Must have a fluency in the English language.
How can you apply? The application can be done by post with following steps
Step 1: Students have to download the application form from here.
Step 2: Take a print out of the form.
Step 3: Fill out your personal details there.
Step 4: You have to give two referee name.
Step 5: Attach a CV.
Step 6: Write a Statement of Purpose (SOP) giving the reason applying in this fellowship, your participation, and contribution.
Step 7: Two samples of recent written works short essays, newspaper articles, etc.

Theme of the fellowship for the year 2017:
“Seeking Our Commons in Asia: How Can We Create Visions for the Future?"
At the point when the general population circle is venturing into different domains, for example, financial matters, society, culture, nature and computerized space, what can individuals in Asia partake in like manner while recognizing and regarding contrasts in qualities and gauges? What's more, through discourse and coordinated effort, in what capacity can we make new values, thoughts, and developments from this "center" or shared opinion, and associate them to a future which begins from Asia?
Program Period:
September 11 to November 2, 2017, and they will be selecting 9 fellows for this year.
