About The Program

McGill University invites applications for Arnold & Blema Steinberg Post-Doctoral Fellowships 2018 from International Migration Law specialists interested in pursuing careers in Migration Law. The candidate will get a chance to work as a part of a research team in alliance with Oppenheimer Chair in Public International Law and the Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism (CHRLP).

To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must

  • Hold a doctoral degree in law obtained within the last five years.
  • Have proficiency in English
  • Propose a research project with a clear focus on migration, mobility, or refugee-related issues.
How can you apply?

Procedure to apply for the scholarship:
Step 1: Applicant must have to submit a cover letter.
Step 2: Attach a CV
Step 3: A research proposal (maximum four pages), a transcript of postgraduate (doctoral) studies, and one or more writing samples are also required.
Step 4: Mention 3 referees
Step 5: All the documents must be mailed at migration.law@mcgill.ca.
