About The Program
Photo Divison declares open 5th national photography awards to the participants from the following categories.
1. Life Time Achievement Award
2. Awards for the Professional Photographer:
a) professional photographer of the year
b) Special mention awards.
Subject Professional Category: Save Mother Earth
3) Awards for the amateur photographers:
a)Aamateur Photographer of the Year
b) Special Mention Awards
Subject Amateur Category: Festivals of India

- Competition is open to all professional & Amateur Photographers of the country
- Professional & Amateur category entrants must be over 18 years.
How can you apply?
- The particiapnts can send their images to the Director, Photo Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Room No. 710, Soochana Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
- The particiapnts must submit the entries via E-Mail ID: photoawards-moib@nic.in or photodiv@nic.in (upload limit is up to 2MB size for each image in JPG/JPEG format in e-mail).
- The participant must mention clearly 5th National photography Awards and category (Professional and Amateur) in subject of the E-mail. Soft images should be supplemented with the hard copies in 8"x 10".
- The participants must send their images along with registration form and declaration (Schedule-I). Once the entries are sent through e-mail, they will not be permitted for any replacement/cancellation/addition and change in any case.
- Therefore the entrants are advised to be more careful while sending entries through E-mail.
